Castillo de Sesimbra
El castillo está en el tope de la montaña, fue conquistado por D. Alfonso Henriques y clasificado como Monumento Nacional.
Las mejores vistas panorámicas las encontrarás caminando en sus murallas, las cuales te harán transportarte a otra época.
Abre todos los días y es gratuito. Vale mucho la pena!!

Iglesia de Santa Maria do Castelo de Sesimbra
En el interior hay un pequeño cementerio, una iglesia tapizada de azulejos y una cafetería.

Playa Ribiero do Cavalo
Después de explorar el castillo y sus alrededores empezamos el camino hacia la playa; fue una aventura espectacular.
La gente ha ido marcando caminos para hacer el acceso más fácil, pero aún así, los caminos son muy rocosos.
After exploring the castle and its surroundings, we started the way to the beach; It was a great adventure.

RECOMENDACIONES
- Los caminos para llegar a la playa son muy rocosos, asegúrate de llevar zapatos cómodos.
- Si planea estar ahí todo el día, lleva con comida y bebidas. No hay restaurantes ni baños. (Excepto en el castillo)
- Bajar a la playa lleva de 20 a 30 minutos a pie
- Los contenedores de basura se encuentran en la parte superior; donde se estacionan los autos. No hay contenedores en la playa. (No olvides llevar bolsas de basura y recoger todo lo que has llevado)
- Te recomiendo que lleves sombrillas y protector solar
- Siempre llevamos una hielera, es difícil cargarla durante el camino, pero es posible.
- No recomiendo ir con bebés, el acceso no es fácil
TIPS
- Roads are very rocky, be sure to bring comfortable shoes.
- If you plan to be there all day, prepare yourself with food and drinks. There are no restaurants and bathrooms. (Except in the castle)
- Going down to the beach takes 20-30 minutes walk
- The garbage containers are located at the top where cars are parked. There are no containers down on the beach. (Do not forget to take trash bags and collect everything you’ve bought)
- I recommend you take beach umbrellas and sunscreen
- We always carry a cooler, it is difficult to take it all the way down and up, but it is possible.
- I don’t recommend going with kids or babies, access is not easy
COMO LLEGAR
La mejor opción para llegar es de auto, pero en caso de no tener, puedes tomar un transporte desde Lisboa a Sesimbra, una vez ahí, puedes preguntar el camino a hacia la playa (4km caminando)
